Willoughby Leisure Centre is launching an 8 week training program to celebrate the new Training and Recovery Zone.

This 8 week training program, which starts on Monday 31 July 2023 and is free for members, will incorporate a mix strength, cardio, and power exercises to amplify your fitness. Combine the workouts with healthy eating and you will be fitter, stronger and toned in 8 weeks.
