Court hire and casual sessions

With a wide range of sports and activities on offer, stay up-to-date with what’s on at Willoughby Leisure during Christmas and New Year break.

Casual basketball

We will be holding daily casual shootaround sessions throughout the Christmas and New Year period (excluding closed dates). These casual basketball sessions are free for members and $11 per person for non-members.

Casual pickleball

In addition to casual basketball, we also offer weekly casual pickleball sessions open to members and non-members.

The sessions, which are run by staff and suitable for players of all ages and experience, are held every Monday from 12:30pm to 3pm, Wednesday from 5:10pm to 6:50pm and Friday from 12:30pm to 3pm. These sessions continue through the break with the exception of Wednesday 1 January as the centre is closed for New Year's Day.

Private court hire

Both pickleball and badminton courts are also available for private hire daily throughout the summer for just $37.40 per court per hour.

In addition to pickleball and badminton, we also offer private court hire for a range of other indoor sports including basketball, netball, volleyball, futsal and indoor hockey.

Tennis

In addition to indoor court hire, we also offer tennis court hire at Tyneside Tennis Courts. These boutique synthetic grass tennis courts are a short five minute drive located on Tyneside Avenue in North Willoughby. 

Court hire is available every day from 7am to 7pm and costs $19.40 per court per hour.
