Designed for older adults, this class has a strong focus on developing mobility, balance and strength through functional movement to improve everyday life. A fun, social environment makes this class a great way to stay fit and enjoy the journey.
Barre is a low-impact workout that combines elements of ballet, pilates, and strength training. It targets core muscles with isometric holds, small movements, and stretching to build endurance and improve posture.

Power training will take place in our Health Club. The focus of this class is on lifting heavier weights with correct form and technique. There will be fewer reps per exercise, at a slower tempo.
Speed training consists of body weight, light weights, and plyometric type exercises. The emphasis is on performing these movements to achieve a high amount of repetitions during each interval. With the goal of having the body exerted to maximum force in short intervals of time.
On Fridays, the focus will be on maximising a total cardio output. This class takes the intensity to a new level – incorporating strength, cardio and conditioning exercises combined with interval training routines – allowing members to smash out their best workout to finish the week.
This class takes place in our Health Club and is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercises. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe, by pairing lower body and upper body movements together in one exercise, testing both strength and stamina.
