Barre

Barre is a low-impact workout that combines ballet, pilates, and strength training to engage core muscles through isometric holds, controlled movements, and stretching. Each class is designed to build endurance, increase flexibility, and improve posture by working muscles to fatigue with high repetitions and controlled, precise movements. Many classes incorporate light weights, resistance bands, or small balls to add extra challenge.  

With a focus on functional strength, barre offers a full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels, toning and strengthening without high-impact strain, making it accessible to beginners and experienced participants. With consistent practice, participants can experience enhanced balance, flexibility, and muscle definition.
