Core & Recovery

Core & Recovery, a focused class designed to build core strength while enhancing recovery and mobility. The first part of the session targets core stability and strength, essential for fitness and injury prevention. Following the core workout, a series of recovery stretches improve flexibility, alleviate tension, and increase range of motion. This balanced approach creates a solid foundation while prioritizing recovery, making it an ideal class for all fitness levels. 

Each session introduces unique exercises, keeping you motivated with fresh, exciting workouts every week.
