Dance & Tone

This class combines dance moves and toning exercises for a full-body workout and is suitable for all levels of fitness.

In the first half of the class, you will move to uplifting music with various dance routines that will get your whole body moving. The second half of the class, focuses on muscle conditioning, incorporating a mix of upper and lower body toning exercises using light hand weights.

This fun and engaging class is designed to leave you feeling energised and strong. It’s a workout you won’t want to miss.
