Gentle Exercise

This gentle-paced, low-impact class is designed for older adults who want to maintain and improve overall health and wellbeing in a fun, social environment. With a strong focus on functional movement, it targets balance, flexibility, mobility, and core strength to support daily activities. Each session includes a full-body warm-up, low-complexity movements, and strength exercises aimed at enhancing coordination, posture, and stability.

Some classes involve floor work so an ability to get up and down from the floor with minimal support is recommended.
