Les Mills Body Attack
A high-energy class that combines athletic moves such as running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A whole body workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, builds stamina and improves coordination and agility.

Our ‘no towel, no train’ policy, will be strictly enforced. All members are required to show a clean towel when entering the facility.
