Lift

Lift is a strength-focused training class designed to build lean muscle and enhance functional strength through resistance exercises.  

Functional strength training includes movements that mimic everyday activities, such as squatting, lifting, pushing, and pulling, to improve overall stability, coordination, and balance. The class focuses on exercises that engage multiple muscle groups, helping you develop a strong foundation for everyday tasks and sports performance.

This workout is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. You have the flexibility to adjust the intensity of the exercises based on your comfort level, making it accessible to a wide range of participants. This full-body workout focuses on form and technique, ensuring each participant receives personalised guidance in a small group setting.
