Pilates
This mat-based class uses specific movements to strengthen and lengthen muscles using controlled flowing movements. Pilates builds strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone without creating bulk, and focuses on body alignment, breathing and core strength.
Please bring your own mat.

Our ‘no towel, no train’ policy, will be strictly enforced. All members are required to show a clean towel when entering the facility.
