Strength (Advanced)

This class is held in the Health Club (gym) and is designed to enhance your physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercises that target all major muscle groups. Perfect for those with prior strength training experience, it focuses on refining technique and improving overall strength in a controlled and supportive environment.

Strength training is for everyone, but how you train should be tailored to your fitness level. This class is carefully adapted to ensure proper form and technique from the start, helping you lift safely and effectively. As you progress, you will develop advanced skills and tackle challenging movements designed to build resilience.  

Class is limited to 12 participants to allow for plenty of personal attention.

Intensity level: Moderate to High
