Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient art embracing the mind, body and spirit. Tai Chi is one of the most effective forms of exercises for improving overall health. Although it requires knowledge and some skill it is easy, enjoyable and safe to learn. Tai Chi is medically proven to relieve pain for people with arthritis as well as preventing falls for older adults. Tai Chi improves muscular strength (particularly in the lower body), flexibility, mobility, balance and cardiovascular fitness. Additional benefits include improving relaxation, vitality, posture and immunity.

139 Artarmon Road Community Hall is located on the corner of Artarmon Road and Tindale Road. There is a public car park on Cameron Ave, off Tindale Road and limited parking on surrounding streets. The hall is about a 5-minute walk from Artarmon Station.
