Changing your member portal password

Step 1.Navigate to the member portal login page

Step 2.Click 'Forgot Username/Password' link

Step 3.Enter your email address

Enter the email address (username) you used when you registered for your account and press retrieve password.

After successfully entering your email address, you will see the following message:

Step 4.Check your email account

Please check your email account for a password reset link.

Step 5.Create a new password

Use the password reset link to create a new password in the new webpage that opens. Make sure to tick the check-box and click continue.

Step 6.Log in to the member portal

Use your new password to log in to the member portal.
