This free program combines physical activity with mental health education.

Yoga is a low-impact exercise that is easy on the joints and can help to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. It is also a great way to reduce stress and anxiety.

This workshop will teach you the basics of yoga, including different poses and breathing techniques. You will also learn about the benefits of yoga for mental health, and you will have the opportunity to connect with other young people in your community.
