Improvements to the Willoughby Leisure Centre car park

These changes respond to the winter sports pre-season and the ongoing WLC upgrade.  

• Due to high pre-season netball court usage, and limited car park space, WLC members are encouraged to use the grass overflow car park on Small Street tomorrow Saturday 18 February. This car park is ordinarily only open on Saturdays during the netball competition season. 
• The WLC upper car park will be closed to vehicles from 9pm Monday 20 February until 3pm Tuesday 21 February, while we undertake works to re-instate a one-way traffic flow.  
• The Small Street overflow car park will also be open on Tuesday 21 February.
• The lower car park will also be closed on Tuesday 21 February until 3pm while we make some improvements for pedestrian access.
