Group Speed Training
Speed training consists of body weight, light weights, and plyometric type exercises. The emphasis is on performing these movements to achieve a high amount of repetitions during each interval, with the goal of having the body exerted to maximum force in short intervals of time.
Intensity level: Medium to High
Duration: 60 minutes
Note
Our ‘no towel, no train’ policy, will be strictly enforced. All members are required to show a clean towel when entering the facility.
