Group Strength Training
This class takes place in our Health Club (gym) and is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercises. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe, by pairing lower body and upper body movements together in one exercise, testing both strength and stamina.
Class is limited to 12 participants to allow for plenty of personal attention.
Intensity level: Medium to High
Duration: 40 minutes
Note
Our ‘no towel, no train’ policy, will be strictly enforced. All members are required to show a clean towel when entering the facility.
