Les Mills Body Balance
Les Mills Body Balance combines yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to create a holistic workout experience. This unique blend encourages physical strength, flexibility, and a sense of inner calm.
This 45-minute class begins with flowing Tai Chi movements to warm up the body and centre the mind. You will then transition through yoga poses and Pilates-inspired exercises, focusing on improving flexibility, core strength, and posture. Each movement is performed to an inspiring soundtrack, promoting a rhythmic and mindful experience.
Breathing control is integrated into every exercise, helping you stay present and connected throughout the class. Instructors provide options for all fitness levels, ensuring that everyone feels supported while challenging their limits. The class concludes with a calming relaxation phase, leaving you grounded and re-energised.
Please bring your own mat.
