Sweat, a high-intensity cardio class designed to elevate your stamina and boost your overall fitness.
This challenging workout will push you to your limits and get your heart rate up, providing an invigorating experience that enhances cardiovascular endurance. A variety of exercises will be incorporated to challenge your body, including bodyweight movements, the SkiErg, and the assault bike, all guaranteed to get your heart pumping.
With a small group setting, the environment is both fun and competitive, fostering camaraderie and motivation among participants.

Our ‘no towel, no train’ policy, will be strictly enforced. All members are required to show a clean towel when entering the facility.
