Darran has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. Throughout this time, he has trained a wide variety of individuals, helping them achieve both their short-term and long-term fitness goals. Darran’s aim is to sustain motivation while creating enjoyable workouts. He specialises in strength and conditioning, nutrition improvement, and weight loss.

Darran has successfully guided many people in transforming their lifestyles and achieving their health and fitness goals.

He continues to enjoy meeting new people here at Willoughby Leisure Centre.
